A need for delivery should be discussed prior to metal fabrication including preferred schedule and onsite handling. Please contact an EMS sales representative today for further information on delivery options and associated fees.

Where do we deliver?

Safe and secure delivery of all orders within a 50-mile radius can be provided upon request for an additional delivery fee of $250.00. All orders outside of a 50-mile radius can be delivered for a fee of $5.00/loading-mile.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend delivery can be requested and is evaluated on a case by case basis.

Is delivery included in the sale price?

Delivery is not included in the base sales price but can be included upon request.


Pick-up of all orders is available at our metal production shop located in Big Sky, MT. Upon order procurement an EMS representative will reach out to discuss the schedule for production and anticipated completion date. Contact an EMS sales representative today for further pickup information regarding our options around the shop.


EMS’s shop opens at 8:00am, Monday through Friday. For an earlier pick-up please contact your EMS sales representative to schedule a time accordingly.


An EMS team member will be available to help load the product safely and securely but please be prepared with the transportation needs of your product’s weight and size.


Upon order procurement an EMS representative will reach out to discuss the schedule for production, anticipated completion date, and pick-up needs.


Elevated Metal Solutions (EMS) accepts cash, checks, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. EMS requires a deposit of 50% of the order cost upon estimate signage for order processing. Upon completion of the order and pick up delivery, EMS requires the second 50% to be paid in full prior to order procurement.

For customers with established credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick-up of products. All credit extended by EMS to customers, and the limits of such credit, is at EMS’s sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by EMS at any time, for any reason.

If a customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days of shipment or pick-up, or fails to comply with EMS credit terms, or fails to supply adequate assurance of full performance to EMS within a reasonable time after requested by EMS (such time as specified in EMS request). EMS may defer shipments until such payment or compliance is made, require cash in advance for any further shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owed, elect to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorney fees and any and all other associated costs of collection), and/or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of an unshipped order. Additionally, the customer, and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, agrees to provide to EMS proper authorization necessary for EMS to request any financial information from third parties.

Customer agrees to assume responsibility for, and customer hereby unconditionally guarantees payment of, as provided herein, all purchases made by customer, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Each of the customer’s subsidiaries and affiliates purchasing from EMS are jointly and severally liable for purchases with the customer, and the customer is also acting as agent for such subsidiaries and affiliates.


Elevated Metal Solutions (EMS) shall warranty its products to be free of material and workmanship defects for a period of two years from date of shipment. EMS shall, at its option, repair or replace defective products.

The warranty becomes void if the product was subject to alteration, misuse, neglect, modification or improper installation. The warranty is voided if the product is repaired by any individual or facility without approval in writing by EMS. This warranty does not cover damage arising from anything other than manufacturer’s defects.

EMS must be promptly notified of a warranty claim. Details, including the nature of defect, along with photos must be provided. This will ensure a prompt resolution to the issue. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to the product being returned under warranty.



This policy covers products ordered, manufactured, and shipped conforming to customer purchase order specifications with no material or manufacturing defects.

Products manufactured by Elevated Metal Solutions (EMS) are generally specialty items and conform to individual customer specifications. In most cases, products manufactured for one customer’s requirements cannot be used for and would not comply with another customer’s specifications. EMS, therefore, has a strict product return and invoice credit policy.

Customers that have purchased specialty products that conform to all purchase order specifications and requirements, with no material or manufacturing defects, will receive no credit for products returned to EMS. If, however, products are returned due to project/engineering changes and modifications can be made, EMS will provide the customer with a quote to modify the product.

Please note: All accessories and components cannot be returned


EMS is not liable for any damages to materials upon fabricated material dissemination and outside the scope of manufacturing defect. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Installation related error
  • Material loading error
  • Client material transport error
  • Trade related damage

Warrantied material damage includes but is not limited to:

  • Scratches to finish during production
  • Bumps, bends, or breaks during production
